Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days for items that are in the same condition in which they were received. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from damage not present at the time of purchase. All original tags and any included accessories must remain attached to the item. Items sent back without meeting these requirements may not be eligible for return.

Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within a defined return window starting from the date the order is marked as delivered. Requests made after the return window has passed cannot be accepted. The return period is provided during the shopping and checkout process.

Return Approval Process
All return requests must be reviewed and approved before an item is shipped back. Once a request is submitted, the item will be evaluated based on the stated eligibility requirements. Customers will receive instructions after approval. Any items shipped back without prior approval may be declined and returned to the customer.

Condition Verification

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Any shipping fees previously paid are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, customers must submit a return request within the designated window. Items must remain in their delivered condition. All claims are reviewed before a return decision is made.

Shipping and Delivery Requirements
The order must be delivered to a valid address within the USA. Any delays caused by carriers do not extend or change the return window. Shipping costs are shown only on the checkout page.

Payments for Returned Items
Because only card payments are accepted, all approved returns will be processed back to the original card used for the transaction. No alternative refund methods can be provided.
