Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are in the same condition in which they were received. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from damage not present at the time of purchase. All original tags and any included accessories must remain attached to the item. Items sent back without meeting these requirements may not be eligible for return.

Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within a defined return window starting from the date the order is marked as delivered. Requests made after the return window has passed cannot be accepted. The return period is provided during the shopping and checkout process.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved before an item is shipped back. Once a request is submitted, the item will be evaluated based on the stated eligibility requirements. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been delivered to our facility and inspected. Once approved, the refund begins processing. The overall timeline varies based on card issuer processing times, which are outside of our control.

Deductions and Adjustments
Original shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item shows signs of use or diminished condition, a partial refund or a denial may occur based on the extent of the issue. Any applicable deductions are determined after inspection.

Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase will not qualify for refunds.

Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Items
