Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for items approved through the return process. Items must meet all return standards, including condition, packaging, and adherence to the return window. Items found to be altered, damaged, or inconsistent with the original state may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment card used during checkout. No other payment methods or refund channels are available. Once processed, it may take additional time for the customer’s bank card issuer to finalize posting of the refund.
Processing Timeframe
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been delivered to our facility and inspected. Once approved, the refund begins processing. The overall timeline varies based on card issuer processing times, which are outside of our control.
Deductions and Adjustments
Original shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item shows signs of use or diminished condition, a partial refund or a denial may occur based on the extent of the issue. Any applicable deductions are determined after inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase will not qualify for refunds.
Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item was delivered in damaged condition or does not match the original order, the customer must request an evaluation within the designated timeframe. If the claim is validated, a refund may be approved after the item is returned and reviewed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they begin processing for shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds for canceled orders follow the same card-based refund rules.
Shipping Requirements for Refunds
All orders are shipped within the USA only. Shipping costs are shown exclusively on the checkout page. Carriers may experience delays, but these do not modify the standard refund eligibility conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout, maintain the condition of items prior to return, follow all return instructions, and ensure proper mailing of any approved return.
